Standard shipping is available within Canada and USA and your shoes will ship with FedEx, Canpar, UPS, Canada Post or USPS within 5-10 business days of your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number when it ships (if you don't, check your spam folder). You do have the option for faster expedited service and can choose this option when checking out. Shipping is also available for international customers and pricing will be available at checkout. For customers in Canada or the USA, we will do our best to ship from within your country – USA to USA or Canada to Canada.
However, in the event our local warehouse is out of stock, shipping across the Canada/USA border is possible and duties may apply, but please check with us first at email@example.com

For North American customers (only Canada and Continental United States), customers can return or exchange any product for any reason up to 45 days from your order date as long as they have not been visibly worn. You must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get a Return Authorization Number (we call it a RMA) prior to sending in your item. Any returns or exchanges without a prior RMA # will not be accepted by our warehouses. With your original shipment you should receive detailed instructions how to handle your return, but you can also email us at email@example.com to get the process going. Note: When contacting about a return or exchange, please provide your order ID and the full name the goods shipped to for that order.
Exchanges are free. For North American customers (only Canada and Continental United States), Oliberté will cover all shipping expenses. In the case that the original item you purchased is out of stock, we will offer a comparable alternative.
Final returns have a fee. Shipping is at the customer's expense. A $15 restocking/cleaning charge does apply to all final returns for orders.
*For orders outside of the US/Canada (including non-Continental USA), we only offer returns, not exchanges. In the case of a return, customer must ship independently and include a tracking number. Email firstname.lastname@example.org for further details if you need to place a return.
At the end of your Oliberté product's life, we encourage you to pay it forward to a family, friend or charity. However, if your purchase has seen its last days, email us at email@example.com and we can arrange to have the item shipped back to us or dropped off at one of our retail partners. After a great deal of research on the positive and negative effects of various disposal methods including upcycling, incineration, biogas and others, we believe the most responsible way to dispose of our shoes is to take out the usable parts, like laces and insoles, donate or use those parts and discard your shoes at a local garbage facility. The natural leather and rubber in our products eventually will decompose. We are committed to continuing this research to ensure the methods used omit the least amount of physical waste, CO2 and other undesirable effects.
